If we are unable to amicably resolve your dispute, you agree that you and Wordy Birds, LLC shall submit your dispute to binding arbitration with the American Arbitration Association. Any arbitration hearing shall be held within 5 miles of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The only award that can be issued to you is a refund of any payment made to Wordy Birds, LLC.
Wordy Birds, LLC is not responsible or liable in any way for any and all damages you receive directly or indirectly from your use, Purchase, or Download from our Site, Courses, Services, and/or Products. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
When you Purchase from us, you may pay by Stripe. By doing so, you give Wordy Birds, LLC permission to automatically charge your credit card for the amount owed. If you elect an installment option at checkout, you agree that Wordy Birds, LLC has permission to automatically charge the amount due on the agreed dates.
We do not accept any chargeback threats. If any chargebacks are placed on a Purchase, we will report said incident to the major credit reporting agencies.
These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute arising out of them, shall be governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania. Any action shall be brought within Pennsylvania, County of Allegheny.
